Agreement-backed, transparent model

Our Rent-Saver structure is based on an Occupancy Deposit (up to ~11 months value) designed to help convert a major portion of occupancy cost into refundable value. Refundability is subject to the signed agreement, terms, and conditions.

We present benefits upfront—so you know what is included in your plan.

• Commercial (4 advantages): Rent Savings, Comfort Zone Setup, Fitout Support, AI & Tech Services.
• Residential (3 advantages): Rent Savings, Comfort Zone Setup, Food & Water Purification Setup.

Deposits

• We use an Occupancy Deposit model (up to ~11 months value) designed to help convert a major portion of occupancy cost into refundable value.
• Deposit amount, tenure, and inclusions are clearly stated in the signed agreement.

Refunds

• The Occupancy Deposit is presented as fully refundable; however, refundability depends on the signed agreement, terms, and conditions.
• Refund timelines, deductions (if any), and renewal/exit terms are documented within the agreement.

Equipment

• Commercial and residential “Comfort Zone” setups may include: HEPA air purification, humidity control (where needed), and basic monitoring.
• Residential Food & Water Purification setup includes an ozone-based produce purifier (for fruits/vegetables) and a water purifier designed to reduce contaminants (including TDS, heavy metals, and microbes), depending on the model and source quality.
• Final equipment inclusions depend on your selected plan and the signed agreement.

Data privacy

• For AI & tech services (automation/digital support), we follow a privacy-first approach: collect only necessary information, restrict access to authorized personnel, and use data only for service delivery.
• Confidentiality and scope can be included in your agreement as required.

Support you can reach

• We provide support through phone, email, and our website for enquiries, onboarding, and service requests.
• Service availability is location-based and shared based on your area and preferences (as applicable to your plan).
